Evil Bellini


Mash the chili in the shaker with lime and sugar. Add the vanilla syrup, the peach vodka, the Pago Peach and ice. Stir and fine strain into a pre-chilled glass and add Prosecco or Champagne on top.


30 ml Pago Peach
1 small red chili
1 slice of lime
2 drops Tabasco
10 ml Vanilla syrup
20 ml Peach infused Vodka
1 bar spoon of brown sugar
Prosecco or Champagne
